Educational Outreach

The College of Health Professions (CHP) Office of Student Enrichment and Community Outreach is excited to work with high school teachers and administrators to arrange educational opportunities for high school students, as we believe early exposure to the health professions is critical for establishing a healthcare workforce reflective of the community.

Please use the form below to request a high school class visit and/or high school group tour of CHP. Please note that our ability to accommodate requests is predicated on the nature of the request and college availability. Additionally, please note that requests should be submitted a minimum of two months prior to the requested visit date. Upon receiving this request form, a staff member from the Office of Student Enrichment and Community Outreach will contact you to discuss your request.
