Event Overview

For more than 25 years, MUSC's perfusion conferences have brought together clinicians, students, faculty, researchers, and industry partners from across the country to advance the field through education, innovation, and collaboration. This year, we're building on that legacy with an immersive experience designed to reconnect the perfusion community, highlight emerging technologies, and support the future of cardiovascular perfusion.

Exhibitor Overview

As an exhibitor, you benefit from the exposure to top professionals across a number of professions including cardiovascular perfusionists, nurse anesthetists, health administrators, and more. We anticipate this will be particularly well-attended as the return of this beloved event is due to popular demand! Both in-person and virtual attendance options will be available for conference attendees.

The hands-on workshops received exceptional reviews from attendees in previous years and sponsors appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate the value of their equipment and products. This aspect of our conference embraces and perpetuates the original intent of the Devices conference- to allow clinicians and industry partners to engage in meaningful conversation and activity to create real learning opportunities.

We are sensitive to the extraordinary number of conference sponsorship requests you likely receive. Regardless of your corporation’s ability to sponsor the conference, we would still like to invite you and up to three of your colleagues to attend the program virtually free of charge.

Exhibitor Opportunities

We will offer three levels of sponsorship for exhibitors:

Tier 1

Includes Table-top exhibit and up to three complimentary in-person registrations.
At this exhibitor level, each company will be given space for a tabletop display all day on Friday and Saturday. We encourage you to bring printed material or product information to give to event attendees. Exhibitor logo will be featured on the conference website and program.

Exhibitor Fee: $1,500
* $300 for each additional representative over the 3 complimentary.

Tier 2

Includes Table-top exhibit, up to three complimentary in-person registrations, and hands-on workshop or 30-minute presentation. Limited to 6 exhibitors.

Each workshop exhibitor will provide six 30-minute breakout workshops for all of the attending perfusionists. These workshops will feature direct instruction and hands-on opportunities with groups of conference delegates. Conference delegates will rotate through all six workshop rooms in small groups. Sessions will take place on Friday and Saturday. Virtual attendees can participate in the breakout workshops through Zoom.

Some vendors may prefer an oral presentation rather than a hands-on workshop if this platform fits your product or preferences more closely. The 30-minute presentation will be included in the program agenda at a time that best fits the program sessions. Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to these sessions.

At this exhibitor level, each company will be given space for a tabletop display on Friday and Saturday. We encourage you to bring printed material or product information to give to event attendees. Exhibitor logo will be featured on the conference website and program.

Exhibitor Fee: $2,500
* $300 for each additional representative over the 3 complimentary.

Tier 3

Includes Table-top exhibit, up to three complimentary in-person registrations, hands-on workshop, and 50-minute presentation during a sponsored meal. Limited to 3 exhibitors.

Each workshop exhibitor will provide six 30-minute breakout workshops for all of the attending perfusionists. These workshops will feature direct instruction and hands-on opportunities with groups of conference delegates. Conference delegates will rotate through all six workshop rooms in small groups. Sessions will take place on Friday and Saturday. Virtual attendees can participate in the breakout workshops through Zoom.

Your 50-minute presentation will occur over the course of a meal that has been made available through your support. This support will be advertised and made known to conference delegates. Meal logistics will be handled by the Conference Planning Committee.

At this exhibitor level, each company will be given space for a tabletop display on Friday and Saturday. We encourage you to bring printed material or product information to give to event attendees. Exhibitor logo will be featured on the conference website and program.

Exhibitor Fee: $3,500
* $300 for each additional representative over the 3 complimentary.

Secure your space early as there are only a limited number of slots available. Additionally, exhibitor information is needed as soon as possible to apply for continuing education units for the perfusionists and to include your information on conference materials.

Additional Shipping Notes 

Deliveries
Please schedule deliveries to occur between Tuesday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 20, 2027. Deliveries should be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to the front door of 151-B Rutledge Ave.

This is the only door that will accommodate large crates. There is no loading dock; therefore the truck must have a lift and dolly for large items.

Uncrating/Crating
Vendors are responsible for the uncrating and crating of all equipment.

Set-Up
You may set up your tabletop displays between 3:30–5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2027.

Take Down & Return Shipping
Please make sure all of your boxes and crates are packed and labeled for pickup by the end of the conference on Saturday, January 23, 2027.

Pickup for returning boxes and crates should be scheduled for Monday, January 25, or Tuesday, January 26, 2027.
