Doctor of Health Administration New Student Info

Welcome to the Department of Healthcare Leadership and Management at MUSC. We are looking forward to being a part of your educational and professional growth!

This program is lockstep in nature (meaning courses are taken in a prescribed sequence) and you will be registered for your courses administratively each semester.

  • Classes begin online Monday, Aug. 17, 2020
  • Orientation will be held virtually Friday, August 21. In addition, there may be other optional orientation sessions scheduled periodically prior to the 21st, for those interested. The agenda for your virtual sessions will be provided to you directly.

  • In place of on-campus sessions for your fall courses, each course will be hosting several virtual sessions over the first several weeks of the semester. These details will be provided by the program prior to the start of the semester.

All future on-campus sessions have been assigned dates that can be found in the curriculum schedule in your admissions packet. During COVID 19 operations we will work together to determine the safest plans regarding these sessions. Our ability to host them on-campus and your ability to safely travel will continue to be monitored.

We wish you the best as you begin your studies here at MUSC and look forward to working with you. Please let us know if you have any questions.
