Residential MHA New Student Information

Welcome, new students!

You are about to embark on a very exciting and challenging program here in the Department of Healthcare Leadership & Management at MUSC. As a Master in Health Administration, you will work with faculty, staff and fellow students who are truly the best and brightest.

The RMHA program is lockstep in nature (meaning courses are taken in a prescribed sequence). RMHA students complete 5 semesters. During the summer semester students complete one web-based course as well as a full-time internship.

New Student Orientation will be held on Thursday, August 17 and Friday, August 18. We have many important orientation activities scheduled, so please plan to spend the entire two days with us. Your classes will begin on Tuesday, August 22. Please refer to the RMHA curriculum to see in which courses you will be enrolled.

Between now and the time you arrive on campus you may have many questions. An important person to know, if you do not already know her, is Ms. Mia Bradley, the student services coordinator who will be working with you. She also manages the Executive MHA program. Please call or email Ms. Mia Bradley if you have any questions.

I wish you the best as you begin your studies here at MUSC. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, August 17. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Sincerely,

Zahi Jurdi
