The Master of Science (M.S.) education program in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites you to a public meeting with the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The CAA invites public input about the accreditation process and the M.S. education program in SLP at MUSC. Due to travel restrictions and health and safety considerations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CAA conducted all visits between Fall 2020 and Spring 2022 as full-team virtual site visits. This is a follow-up to CAA’s candidacy virtual site visit conducted in January 2021 in accordance with USDE guidelines. The M.S. SLP program was awarded initial candidacy on May 25, 2021 following the virtual site visit.
