CHP Equity Advisory Council

Charge: Provide recommendations and advocacy to college leadership in the recruitment and retention of diverse faculty, staff, and students, as well as support an inclusive culture for all who work, learn, and visit the college.

Goal #1: Provide early intervention and support services for students underrepresented in healthcare, 1st generation students, or those who need additional assistance to achieve academic success.

Goal #2: Educate college programs on how to recruit and mentor/retain diverse faculty and staff based on best practices.
